Return & Refund Policy
​No Returns. No Refunds.
Due to the high cost and logistics with shipping large, whole furniture that cannot be dismantled into smaller parts, and the unique nature of our handcrafted one-of-its-kind pieces of art, it simply is not feasible to offer returns or refunds if you decide the piece is not what you envisioned or you simply change your mind.
Typically, the only exception is for shipping damage, which is explained below in our Shipping Damage section.
That said, if you are not pleased after receiving your purchase, please contact us, and we will discuss solutions, which could include a refund of the furniture art piece minus the return shipping cost.
Ask Questions Before Purchase!
Please contact us with any questions you may have before you decide to purchase a piece. We do our best to be as descriptive as possible in our listing, and use various lighting environments in our product images.
Note: Due to differences in digital screen resolution and colors and some marketed images of our furniture art—there may be slight color variance compared to the physical product, so if you'd like to see additional images in natural light (indoors/outdoors) please make that request before purchasing.
Note: Please read our Furniture Art Care instructions on our Process page to learn how to care for your piece. Waterborne finishes are strong and durable, however they are not scratch proof! Some wood and finishes are more fragile than others, and there are limitations and specifications for handling these pieces with cleaning care, so you can enjoy your unique and treasured furniture art for many years to come!
For example: Disinfectant wipes or harsh detergent cleaners cannot be used on this type of furniture as it will strip the poly acrylic topcoat over time! If your piece has drop pulls with no back stoppers, you must take care not to slam the pull into the poly acrylic topcoat finish. If you place your furniture in a high traffic area, it will be more susceptible to bumps and scratches. If you decorate your piece with home decor that has rough surfaces or pointed edges, it will likely scratch the surface of our furniture art—you may need to apply thin felt strips or other protective furniture barriers underneath it.
Shipping Damage
Though not typical, in the event your piece is damaged in transit, please take several photos of the damage that we can submit to our shipping provider to file a claim. Please contact us and we'll promptly and thoroughly discuss a refund and any other applicable options to remedy the issue.​
